Looking for a third before beginning the swim across the pond, the achingly hip chain offers hot vegan takes on mac 'n' cheese, salade nicoise and the Guac Burger, which has been compared to Shake Shack's iconic offering.

Fuschia Dunlop eats her way round North Korea — on their terms (Paywall)

Dotards and rocket men aside, in the FT, Fuschia Dunlop reflects on the peculiarity of eating under guard. "In normal circumstances, wherever I travel, I try to eat as local people do. Could this be another Game of Thrones’ Hot Pie stunt?
