Some of London’s most popular fast casual restaurants have been announced as the new tenants in the Hammersmith Kings Mall, which is being renovated and will relaunch as Feast Canteen in January next year.
At launch, Feast Canteen will include four operators: Breddos tacos; burgers from Patty & Bun; Salvation in Noodles, who will be offering authentic and modern Vietnamese noodles; and Born & Raised pizzas. Eater London understands that further food partners will be announced closer to the opening. Deliveroo have also been announced as a partner and will offer four new home delivery options to Hammersmith and surrounding parts of west London.
The project is being led by Icipio Group who have recently launched Pergola on the Roof and Pergola Paddington Central. Their website mission statement in Latin and English reads: Mutatio est Bonum – Change is Good.
Feast Canteen is attempting to “reinvent the ‘canteen’ concept...dialing it up a notch,” a statement said. “Bringing in a rotating line-up of London’s most sought-after restaurants, open 7 days a week with communal seating for 350 hungry visitors, Feast Canteen will offer lunching, brunching, all-day feasting and food on the go.”
The statement is short on detail when claiming: “The first of its kind in the UK, Feast Canteen is set to revolutionise London’s food scene.”
During the day, Feast Canteen will have workstations and free Wi-Fi; no fixed sittings or time limits and all the food stations will operate as self-service kiosks. Monday — Friday: 9am — 8pm; Saturday — Sunday: 11am — 8pm
