Pizza Pilgrims will open its eighth London pizzeria at London Bridge station, on the corner of Bermondsey Street and Tooley Street. The chain will run a soft launch starting Monday 26 November; owners James and Thom Elliott recently opined that street food makes a good testing ground for “big mistakes,” when a fully-fledged restaurant is the end goal.

Thai-owned Thai restaurants will stack up on Brewer Street in Soho
Mamasan and Wild Rice will open in the same building on Brewer Street in Soho.
