Elite Bistro’s of the World braves London for a single night
Gary Usher will cook with Angela Hartnett at her Michelin-starred restaurant Murano, on 13 November. The series started last night (6 November); stand by for Eater’s full round-up. Hopefully the chance to skewer gallant no-hopers will balm Wareing’s wounds; the chef lost his second Michelin star at his eponymous Knightsbridge restaurant last month.
