Gary Usher will cook with Angela Hartnett at her Michelin-starred restaurant Murano, on 13 November. Chefs Monica Galetti and Marcus Wareing have reprised their roles as judges on Masterchef: The Professionals, alongside former greengrocer Greg(g) Wallace. Hopefully the chance to skewer gallant no-hopers will balm Wareing’s wounds; the chef lost his second Michelin star at his eponymous Knightsbridge restaurant last month.
