Hotel Café Royal appoints new executive chef

Marcus Klumb moves from Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, which includes Anne-Sophie Pic’s Michelin-starred La Dame De Pic restaurant, to Mayfair’s Hotel Café Royal as the new executive chef.
