Cross-channel jaunt of the week

With the World Restaurant Awards ceremony not taking place until the evening, the prospect of lunch in one of the globe’s great eating cities unsurprisingly lured a number of invitees over on the morning Eurostar to Paris. Some handled the early start better than others.
