Chef’s Table star announces food waste supper club

How does a three-course vegetarian meal fashioned out of more than 100 kg of food surplus — food that has gone to waste — sound? Morally delicious. FoodCycle Finsbury Park and Britain’s first Chef’s Table star, Asma Khan, will cook and serve a full three-course meal from donations of surplus food.
