New pub and hotel from acclaimed Shoreditch operation launches food

The Buxton — a new pub with rooms from Shoreditch pub The Culpeper — will offer native breed beef, day boat fish, and “British bar snacks” when it opens in mid-May. Namechecked dishes include Dexter beef with celeriac remoulade and garlic and honey purée; asparagus with polenta chip (singular) and stracciatella; and treacle tart with clotted cream. Growing burger chain pivots to all-day dining
