Andy Taylor’s Carte Blanche restaurant closed on Mare Street after just six months, but his Le Bun burger brand will return to east London at the Truman Brewery. Expect truffle double burgers, truffle cheeseburgers, truffle bacon cheeseburgers, and a West Coast style cheeseburger inspired by In-N-Out.
London wine bar crowdfunds Canary Wharf opening
Humble Grape has successfully raised £400,000 to open a Canary Wharf wine bar — it will join four extant wine shops and bars in Islington, Battersea, Fleet Street, and the City.
