Former River Café chef leads new Notting Hill opening
Gold will open at 95 Portobello Road, tapping into the big four: “produce-led”; wood oven; wood grill; sharing. Whole sea bream with wild oregano and capers; wood roasted cauliflower with toasted buckwheat, cumin, yoghurt, and coriander; and nettle ravioli with ricotta and sorrel will be served in a “modern bohemian” space, with Theo Hill as head chef.
