A nice al fresco lunch for Declan Donnelly — a.k.a. Dec of Ant and Dec — on Monday. He and his wife Ali Astall were spotted outside Delfino, the Italian on Mount Street.
Kendall Jenner, model and member of the Kardashian reality TV dynasty, was in London this week. She dropped into Wimbledon for a spot of tennis, but on Tuesday was at Bellanger, the restaurant on Islington Green. Another night at Brown’s in Covent Garden for the theatre set. Closer actor Clive Owen was there on Tuesday evening, along with Breaking Bad’s Anna Gunn, for a post-show drink after a performance of their new play The Night Of The Iguana.
ITV staff turned off Love Island for the evening to rub shoulders with some of the show’s recent evictees, as the channel threw its annual summer party at Nobu in Shoreditch.
Love Islanders in attendance included Lucie Donlan and Amy Hart, while other guests included singer Robbie Williams, who was a judge on ITV’s X Factor, Good Morning Britain hothead Piers Morgan and Coronation Street’s Kym Marsh.
It was a busy, and slightly drizzly, evening for summer parties: Warner Music also held theirs, at nearby Shoreditch House. Alfie Allen and Louise Nurding – née Redknapp – were among the revellers.
Nigella Lawson got some petty criticism this week for reposting a simple recipe for tomatoes in salad cream. On Wednesday night, however, she ventured out to Orasay, a new seafood restaurant in Notting Hill.
