Happy London Fashion Week everybody! The world’s most stylish people descended on the city this week, to pound the catwalks and man the front rows.
On Friday evening, Kate Moss was spotted enjoying a spot of pasta at Sette. The restaurant, on the ground floor of the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge, was well-placed for the supermodel’s next party: she then headed downstairs for her friend Jade Jagger’s jewellry party. Jade’s dad, Rolling Stone Mick Jagger, popped along too.
Models Sam Rollinson and Eve Delf were out for brunch on Saturday. They were in Soho, at the launch of Chotto Matte’s Harajuku Heaven bottomless brunch. Radio presenter and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Vick Hope was also among the guests.
Victoria Beckham was also getting into the spirit. Following her well-received catwalk show, she celebrated with her husband David Beckham and kids Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper. They dined at Harry’s Bar in Mayfair on Sunday night, with pals including presenter Maya Jama. The next morning, Beckham was ready for more: she hosted a breakfast on the terrace at Annabel’s.
Then, time for lunch! Caroline Hu, the fashion designer, was honoured by the the Business of Fashion this week. It hosted a lunch for her friends and fans on Monday afternoon, at the Brasserie of Light in Selfridges. Guests included model Arizona Muse and Samantha Cameron, wife of former Prime Minister David Cameron, whose autobiography hits shelves this week.
By Tuesday, it was pretty much over. But many celebrities had their last suppers before getting back to the day jobs. Rita Ora, the singer, spent the evening at Marylebone’s Chiltern Firehouse. She was spotted there by a fellow diner at the celeb hotspot.
Cindy Crawford, one of the original supermodels, was papped on her way out of Zela, the Japanese restaurant on the ground floor of the ME London hotel.
And David Schwimmer was at Gloria, the beloved, appropriately slapstick Italian in Shoreditch. The Friends actor was likely in town for other reasons than LFW.
Fashion Week or no Fashion Week, it wouldn’t be London without some Love Island sightings, though. Francesca Allen, one of this year’s early exits, was seen at a family lunch at seafood restaurant Smiths of Wapping on Sunday.
It was a little more glam on Wednesday, though, when this year’s winner Amber Gill and her Love Island mate India Reynolds were out for dinner at Bagatelle.
